The Mbale Network of Young People Living with HIV/AIDS (MNYPA) and TUJAYEPA Initiative Uganda, with funding from Amplify Change, are jointly implementing the “UPSTREAM Plus Uganda” project. The primary goal of this project is to strengthen knowledge and skills among movements advocating for the sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) of women and girls living with HIV across their lifespan in Uganda. The project will be implemented in Mbale District for 18 months, collaborating with health facilities of Namatala HCIV in Mbale City, Bunapongo HCIII, Busiu HCIV, and Namawanga HCIII in Mbale District Respectively The project is implemented in collaboration with the Mbale Network of Young People Living with HIV/AIDS (MNYPA) and Steppingstones Trainers from TUJAYEPA Initiative Uganda. The project will utilize the “Steppingstones with Children and Their Caregivers” training package. This approach aims to promote behavior change and improve communication within the target communities.
