MNYPA team conducted client satisfaction survey interviews targeting clients who seek services from the healthy facilities within mbale district using the standardized client feedback tool. Facility level feedback meetings were held with facility in-charges and MNYPA staffs and after shared areas of improvement and jointly generated recommendations and commitments to improve on the service deliveries in the health facilities. 66 people were reached out between the age categories of 10 to 24 and above with 42 females and 24 males including 3 people living with disability. The feedback meetings were successfully carried out where the staff generated action plans detailing the issues, recommendations, timeframe and persons responsible ensuring advocacy based intervention. The activity was successfully done and a time frame of one month was given to carryout a follow up in the areas where there is need for change. Poor time management of some health workers in the different health facilities in the times of arrival and departure from duty which leaves most clients unattended to.
